Rachael Stolte, MSN, FNP is now seeing patients at Richards Memorial Hospital Family Care Center, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University.  She then received a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from The University of Texas at Arlington.  She enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events.  Rachel resides in Thrall with her husband and 4 children. 

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Rachel provides healthcare services for the entire family from infants to geriatrics.  With a focus on disease prevention, lifetime wellness programs and health education, Rachel is committed to you and your well-being.
