John M. Weed,
III, M.D. |
Dr. John M. Weed, III
received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and then obtained
his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical
Branch - Galveston. He completed his residency training at
John Peter Smith Hospital. Dr. Weed is board certified in
Geriatrics and in Family Medicine by the American Board of
Family Medicine. He is a former President of the Milam
County Medical Society and currently serves as the Chief of
Staff at Richards Memorial Hospital. Dr. Weed has been in
Family medicine in Rockdale sin 1974. He is a member of
the Texas Medical Association, the Milam County Medical
Society, the American Academy of Family Practice, the Texas
Academy of Family Practitioners, and the American Geriatric
Society. He and his wife reside in Rockdale and have two
children. |

Mike Locklear, MD |
Dr. Mike L.
Locklear was born and raised in Belton, Texas. He received
his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas
at Austin. Dr. Locklear earned his Doctor of Medicine
through a joint program between the University of Texas
Health Science Center in San Antonio and the University De
Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. He completed his residency
in Family Medicine at Memorial Hospital in Corpus Christi,
Texas. He has been in Family Medicine for over 27 years.
Dr. Locklear is a member of the American Medical Association
and the Texas Medical Association. He is bilingual,
speaking both English and Spanish. Dr. Locklear and his
family reside in Cameron. |

Crystal Orr, P.A. |
Crystal Orr
was born and raised on a cattle ranch in rural Nebraska.
Crystal received her Physician Assistant degree from the
University of Texas Medical Branch - Galveston. She has
worked with Dr. Mike L. Locklear for over 9 years and enjoys
the small-town, country atmosphere of Milam County.
Crystal provides care to a variety of patient types, from
infants to geriatrics. She also makes nursing home visits
and house calls for home health patients. Crystal lives in
Cameron and enjoys animal rescue, travel, and playing golf. |

David S. Taylor, P.A. |
David S.
Taylor was born in Mcleansboro, Illinois, a small coal
mining and farming community, and was raised primarily in
Mobile, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree
from the university of South Alabama and eventually joined
the United States Army, where he served 6-1/2 years as an
AH-1 Cobra pilot. David began his medical career as an
Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic while working his
way through school, eventually earning a Bachelor of Science
degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of
Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and the Inter
Service Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston. He
enjoys assisting patients in weight loss programs to improve
their health and lifestyle. David, his wife, and 4
children reside in Rockdale. |

Karen Sieber, RNC, FNP |
Karen
Sieber has been in the healthcare industry for 24 years.
She began her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and
quickly became a Registered Nurse. Karen has extensive
experience in women’s health, labor, delivery, postpartum,
and recovery, pediatrics, and chronic illness. She received
her Master of Nursing degree with a Family Nurse
Practitioner concentration from Texas A&M University -
Corpus Christi. She is certified by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center. Karen provides medical care for the
entire family, including women’s PAP tests, infant care and
lactation consulting, chronic illnesses, elder care, wart
and cyst removal, and allergies and respiratory infections.
Karen and her family reside in Rockdale. |

Monette Schweitzer, RN, FNP |
An honor
graduate of Rockdale High School, Monette Schweitzer earned
a full-scholarship to Washington State University where she
graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in
Nursing. She received her Master of Science in Nursing with
a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration. Monette has an
extensive background in emergency medicine, labor, delivery,
postpartum, and recovery, and traumatic brain injury
rehabilitation and psychiatry. As a Family Nurse
Practitioner, her focus is on wellness and disease
prevention, as well as the management of acute and chronic
illnesses. Monette resides in Rockdale with her husband and
three children. |

Krista Willie, RN, FNP |
Krista V.
Willie was raised in Cameron, Texas. She graduated from C.
H. Yoe High School and then went to Mary Hardin-Baylor in
Belton and graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in
Nursing. Krista received her Master of Science in Nursing
degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from
Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. She provides a
variety of care to patients of all ages, from infants to the
elderly, along with a special interest in women’s health.
In her free time, Krista enjoys decorating specialty cakes,
scrapbooking and spending time with her family and friends.
She, and her husband, reside in Cameron. |
