EXTENDED MEDICAL OFFICE HOURS TO BENEFIT PATIENTS

Cameron, Texas (December 5, 2006) – The new Little River Medical Clinic (formerly Richards Medical Clinic) in Cameron has extended their office hours to allow more flexibility for patients.  The new office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm and they will now be open during the 12-1 lunch hour.  Dr. Mike L. Locklear says “the addition of Dr. Ryan Cradeur allows us to extend our office hours beyond the normal 8am-5pm in an effort to reach the growing needs of our patients.”

Little River Medical Clinic – Cameron is a family medicine practice with 5 providers including:  Ryan D. Cradeur, MD; Mike L. Locklear, MD; Crystal Orr, PA; David S. Taylor, PA; and Krista Willie, RN, FNP. Common services provided at Little River Medical Clinic – Cameron include minor surgical procedures such as laceration repair and skin lesion biopsy, lab, x-ray, EKG, allergy shots, pulmonary function testing, nebulizer breathing treatments, immunization, ear wash, and referrals to specialists.  LRMC – Cameron also has a passion for and focus on preventative medicine which includes well woman exams, annual physicals, sports and employment physicals, well child exams and Texas Health Steps screening, cholesterol and diabetes screening, pre-operative exams and weight loss consultation. 

In addition to the extended 8am–8pm office hours and regular services provided, Dr. Franklin Chen, an internal medicine specialist will begin seeing patients at LRMC – Cameron on Friday, December 8.  Dr. Chen is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
