Lara Boyett, RN, ACNP, FNP

Lara Barnett Boyett is a nurse practitioner with both acute care and family medicine certification.  She graduated from Franklin High School in 1989 and completed the nursing program at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1993.  From there, Lara worked as an emergency nurse in several local emergency departments, as well as several in the Dallas area.  She then received her Master’s Degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1999 as an acute care nurse practitioner.  She also received a Post-Master’s certificate in family medicine from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. Lara has over 14 years experience in the emergency department, and over 7 years of experience in family medicine with a rural healthcare focus.  Lara is especially interested in not only educating her patients to improve their health status, but to also educate nurses and providers to care for acutely ill patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  She lectures both locally and nationally on emergency care of the trauma and pediatric patient.   Lara has since moved back to her hometown of Franklin where she resides with her husband and her two children. 



Rachael Stolte, MSN, FNP

Rachael Stolte, MSN, FNP is now seeing patients at Richards Memorial Hospital Family Care Center, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University.  She then received a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from The University of Texas at Arlington.  She enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events.  Rachel resides in Thrall with her husband and 4 children. 



Jason T. Nurnberg, D.O.
Dr. Jason T. Nurnberg was born and raised in Kansas.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and then moved on to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.  Dr. Nurnberg then moved to Austin, completing his residency in Family Medicine with the Austin Medical Education Program at Brackenridge Hospital.  He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Medical Association.  Dr. Nurnberg’s hobbies include bowling and traveling.
